Surrounding the marina are three residential plazas, between 15 and 17 levels high these iconic buildings look over the seven swimming pools, babbling brooks, waterfalls of the Ocean Village resort. The marina centre piece, a massive land reclamation project built in the centre of the marina is home to Gibraltar’s only casino and executive offices with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline, North Africa to the RIF mountains and the famous Gibraltar Straits.
Berths starting at 15 metres at Ocean Village are of a premier standard with all the services and security you would expect from a first class marina, with a draft of 4.5 metres, some of the largest superyachts in the world have visited Ocean Village marina. Smaller boats are accommodated at our adjoining marina, Marina Bay.
